COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – USA Swimming today settled a brightened 35-swimmer lineup for the 2018 FINA World Swimming Championships (25m), set for Dec. 11-16 in Hangzhou, China.
Group USA main events incorporate Olympic heroes and current long-course backstroke world record-holders Kathleen Baker (Winston-Salem, N.C./Team Elite/Cal) and Ryan Murphy (Jacksonville, Fla./California Aquatics), and in addition Olympic gold medalist and seven-time best on the planet Caeleb Dressel (Green Cove Springs, Fla./Bolles School Sharks/Florida) and 2012 Olympic 100-meter back boss Matt Grevers (Lake Forest, Ill./Tucson Ford Dealers Aquatics).
Pastry specialist joins Michael Andrew (Lawrence, Kan./Race Pace Club) with a group high five individual occasion passages, while Dressel and Olympic medalist Leah Smith (Pittsburgh, Pa./Tucson Ford Dealers Aquatics) pursue with four individual sections each.
